This information is for our clients that have booked for winter 20/21.
The current government advice is that if you travel to France, you have to quarantine for 14 days when you return to the U.K.
It is important to note that the advice from the government is continually changing. Our first holidays are not until December and we anticipate that the travel advice from the government will change over the coming months.
What happens if I want to cancel my holiday now?
With our new flexible booking terms you are able to cancel free of charge up until your balance due date. Please bear in mind that a lot can change between now and when you travel. Reports are that the domestic ski market is buoyant in France, therefore, it makes sense to keep your holiday confirmed for as long as possible.
At what point will I be able to cancel my holiday and receive a refund?
